Return/Exchange Policy


How do I make a return? 
We want you to be happy with the purchases you make. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange the following within 30 days of the shipment's receipt:


  • Any item in its original, saleable condition

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Sorry, we can't cancel or modify your order after you submit it. But it's easy to return or exchange any item. Please save your packing slip. It serves as your receipt if you need to return or exchange an item.

If you need to make a return or exchange, please let us know by email. Please include your order number (it's on your packing list, and in your order confirmation email). We do not offer free return shipping except in the event of a manufacturer's defect. 

We will set up your return and email you a Priority Mail return shipping label. Simply apply the shipping label to the package and hand it to your mail carrier, or schedule a free package pickup


When your return arrives at our store, we will process the refund to your credit card for the amount of the merchandise less the amount of the return shipping. We are not able to refund any original (outgoing) shipping charge.
