Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. We don't take personal checks, money orders, purchase orders, CODs, International credit cards or CyberCash. We do not accept credit cards with billing addresses outside of the United States, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam.
 
Is my credit card safe?
Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, making the information unreadable as it travels over the Internet. We use the latest security technology available to keep your credit card information safe and private.
 
When is my credit card charged?

We charge your credit card when we process your order. Your order might ship 1-2 days after we charge your card.  
 

How do I make a return? 
We want you to be happy with the purchases you make. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange the following within 30 days of the shipment's receipt:

 

  • Any item in its original, saleable condition
     

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Sorry, we can't cancel or modify your order after you submit it. But it's easy to return or exchange any item. Please save your packing slip. It serves as your receipt if you need to return or exchange an item.

If you need to make a return or exchange, please let us know by email. Please include your order number (it's on your packing list, and in your order confirmation email). In the case of defective items, we will pay the return shipping to our store in Virginia. 

We will set up your return and email you a Priority Mail return shipping label. Simply apply the shipping label to the package and hand it to your mail carrier, or schedule a free package pickup

 

At this time, we do not store credit card information. When your return arrives at our store, we will call you promptly to process the refund to your credit card.
